Cost
Oftentimes it's difficult to tell someone how much their prosthesis or brace is going to cost without an in-person evaluation. We offer free consultations so that the patient can talk with a Prosthetist/Orthotist about their condition, goals, and health. This will allow us to provide the patient with a more exact cost estimate for their bracing needs.
We do have a set cost for our custom molded foot orthotics. Unfortunately, most insurance companies no longer cover custom made foot orthotics. Our billing staff will do an authorization with individual insurance companies but our charge is $300 a pair. This includes; all office visits, any adjustments that are needed, and a 1 year warranty. We require a $150 down before we began fabrication and the remaining $150 at the delivery appointment. Other payment arrangements can be made at the time of your appointment.
